Copyright Ownership
The Hijabi Photographer retains full copyright to all images created during your event. Clients receive an unlimited personal use license.
Your Rights as a Client
You can freely:
- Share images on social media
- Print images for personal display
- Create albums and wall art
- Share with family and friends
We encourage you to tag us when sharing – we love seeing your photos in the wild!
Privacy Options
We understand privacy is important. You choose how your images are used:
Full Permission
We can share images with faces visible on our portfolio, website, and social media
Anonymised Only
We blur faces or use cropped/detail shots only
Complete Privacy
Images are never shared publicly
You can specify different preferences for different events (e.g., Mehendi may be shared, Nikkah kept private).
Image Storage & Retention
We keep your images on secure, access-controlled storage and maintain backups while we shoot, edit and deliver your work. We do not store your content permanently — files are kept only for as long as we need them to produce and deliver it. Once your final collection has been delivered, safeguarding and backing up the content is your responsibility.
We strongly recommend downloading your photos and films promptly and keeping your own copies in a safe location.
